The Peerless Group launched additional functionality to its Web site, www.thepeerlessgroup.us, with ePartz, a web portal for overstocked spare parts for Peerless Group machines. Users can search a subset of the Peerless inventory database and locate items at very attractive prices that are either hard to find or no longer carried by traditional OEM stocking distributors. Once the user accesses ePartz, they can search listed inventory. To buy, click on the “Buy It” button. A screen asks for contact information; Peerless takes care of the rest. A support person contacts the user to arrange shipment.

Accurately dispense oily materials

Modular automatic roll line

Divide product flow smoothly
SpanTech LLC offers the High Speed Switch, a lane divider designed to split a flow of products while maintaining product pitch. The High Speed Switch can receive a single line flow and switch it into two, three or four lanes of output. Product flow can be split at high speed — SpanTech systems are capable of successfully running at speeds up to 200 fpm. The High Speed Switch transports product on a series of sliding carriers. New peel board proofer
BAKETECH replaced an existing proofer with a new continuous conveyor proofer. The design is a figure-8 conveyor with 2,039 ft. of active travel. The system conveys 13 peels per minute and yields a 60-minute proof at 34 ft. per minute. Electric elements are used to provide both dry heat and moisture to the environment using a cold mist spray system.
