AMF Bakery Systems offers its
Saber 75 Band Slicer, designed to repeatedly slice bakery foods
accurately. Straight, high-quality slices are ensured through the
model's heavy-duty stainless steel lattice, support frame and blade
guides, the company says. The slicer features a corrosion-resistant
stainless steel frame, paneling for sanitation and easy access, and
cantilever capabilities for easy blade replacement, the company
says.
