Automate Cake, Pie Slicing

company's ACCUSONIC 1000UDFS ultrasonic slicer is fully automatic
and reduces labor costs, resulting in a one-year payback, the
company says. Features include a dual start push operation,
automatic product positioning, servo product indexing for accurate
portioning and optional divider inserts.The machine is able to
slice products ranging from 6 ins. to 12 ins. in diameter into four
to 24 portions.
