Wafer Oven Offers Even Bake
For high-speed wafer
production, Franz Haas Machinery of America offers its SWAKT thermo
wafer oven. Fully automatic, this oven accomodates as many as 120
baking plate pairs, and uniformly bakes the wafer sheets through
even and unrestrained heat distribution. The oven adjusts for wafer
sheet thickness, and the company says its SWAKT design saves
valuable floor space. In addition, this oven is equipped with a
pneumatic baking chain tensioner that increases the oven’s
service life, the company says.
