Rheon Automatic Machinery offers even more systems for bakeries of any size.
As a world leader of sheeting lines for pastry and artisan breads, Rheon now has machines that fit into any sized bakery. Rheon's lines handle from 500 lbs. of dough per hour to more than 8,000 lbs. of dough per hour, per lane. This innovation for high-speed sheeting now carries over into pan bread as well. High-speed production for pan breads, such as white bread and swirl breads, is accomplished by Rheon equipment. One line produces both types of bread with little or no time for changeover. The machines are easy to clean for allergen concerns.
In the craft bread and free loaf lines, the big news is Rheon's ability to produce rolls. Once again, from sheeted dough using either a dry or wet formulation, Rheon machines produce rolls, such as long rolls, round rolls, square rolls and die-cut rolls.
