Model 793 slicer

Two Model 892 slicers placed side-by-side

Are you wading through a sea of bread to reach the other side of the bakery because your slicing is a bottleneck? Ryan's high-speed, versatile and reliable slicers change that. Whether your operation is manual, partially automated or fully automated, Ryan has a slicer to fit your needs and grow with you.

Slicing by hand or with a tabletop chute-style machine can be a chore if you have any volume. Ryan's rotary table slicers, such as the Model 793, can make it a breeze. This model handles a wide variety of products from buns to bagels and ciabatta to croissants. One of Ryan's slicers even handles delicate products at high speeds.

The rotary table slicers continue to grow with your bakery as you add automation. Instead of dumping trays of product into the turntable, a cooling conveyor empties product in the turntable of the slicer and a packaging line removes it. The slicer handles the increase in volume. Ryan also has introduced the Model 904 slicer that incorporates an infeed conveyor to help speed up production.

Once you are fully automated, Ryan's 890 series slicers allow for continuous operation of your line with no need to shut down to change or clean blades. Ryan's unique design incorporates a reserve set of blades that close in and start working with the flip of a switch.

Ryan's simplicity of design means its slicers are easy to operate, clean and maintain. If you do need help, the company's knowledgeable staff is just a phone call away. Most parts are in stock and can be shipped immediately or the next day.
