Eliminate viscous coating application problems

Spray Systems Co. introduced the AccuCoat Heated Spray System, a low pressure spray system designed for applying heated viscous coatings, such as chocolate, sugar slurries and oils. The AccuCoat System provides precise temperature control and accurate application of the coating solution with minimal waste. It uses closed-loop temperature control to ensure the liquid temperature is maintained, and waste from coatings that are too warm or too cool is eliminated. The system's controller monitors multiple temperature sensors and makes automatic adjustments as needed to maintain the desired temperature. Liquid lines and spray nozzles are fully jacketed; air lines can be heated if needed.

New moist streusel depositor

The new Hinds-Bock moist streusel depositor dispenses high fat streusel either targeted into pocketed pans, such as muffin pans; or broadcast spread onto larger pans, such as cake or pie pans. The moist streusel depositor uses a unique dispensing system that works with high fat products that tend to pack and bridge. Interchangeable die plates are used to change the appearance of the streusel. Models are available to mount on existing equipment or Hinds-Bock conveyors, or pair with a portable cantilevered frame to roll over conveyors.

Multipiston divider
