COMPANY PROFILE

Max Oehler has been in the bakery equipment business for over 40 years and has a successful relationship wth the German factory. After 27 years with Rondo Inc. (VP, sales) he founded MIMAX INC., and now is general manager of ERIKA RECORD LLC. His partners, Brian Woods and Craig Kominiak, with a combined experience of 60 years producing variety breads (including Artsan), rolls, croissants, Danish, puff pastries and cookies, etc., provide professional help to our customers. Bob Rucker is in charge of our parts and service department and has been in our Industry for over 30 years.

Roll and Bread Equipment

ERIKA divider/rounders are available in many different models (different weight ranges, Semi Automat, Easy Automat and Fully Automat; round head and square head).

For larger production of variety breads and rolls we handle the CIBERPAN volumetric divider (also works extremely well with soft artisan doughs), various types/sizes of intermediate proofers, rounders and moulders for pan breads, baguettes, ficelles, Italian breads, hoagie rolls, etc. These affordable Systems save an enormous amount of labor cost and guarantee consistency. ABM Cookie Machine

The FORMATIC R1200/180 Cookie Machine is a start up model that can produce cookies with large chunks of nuts, fruits, chocolate pieces and grains, up to 2,400 pieces per hour. It also makes shortbread, scones, health food bars and is the perfect companion for your pie machine as it portions your pie dough. If you presently use an ice cream scooper to portion cookie dough, this is the machine for you. The larger model FORMATIC R2200/180 can be combined with an Automatic Panner, which places the cookies automatically into 18-in. by 26-in. sheet pans.

The ABM Cookie and Cake Depositor is ideal for spritz and soft dough butter cookies, hard dough cookies, brownies and biscotti loaves. The same machine can deposit batter for cup cakes, muffins, ladyfingers, sheet cakes and pâte ŕ choux products, such as cream puffs, eclairs, meringue and more. ABM has a very user friendly touch pad screen.

Other Product Lines

We handle a complete line of spiral mixers (from the smallest to the largest size; fix bowl to removable bowl, tilting mixers and bowl lifts). Many models are in stock.

We also offer a complete line of bread slicers for retail applications and wholesale bakeries and can help you with your needs for deck and rack ovens.

Rebuilt Machines

We completely rebuild Koenig Head machines, Rondo sheeters, spiral mixers, bread slicers, bread crumb machines, etc.

“Hands-on” Show room and Test Bakery

We can demonstrate most of our equipment with dough and take into account anysuggestions our customers may have. If you cannot come to our test bakery yourself, we invite you to send us your doughs or recipes. We will then video the test and send you the DVD for review. This way you will always be assured that the equipment you buy will do the job you expect.
