The innovative designs of our paper baking mould line features rigid construction, which eliminates the need for metal baking pans. The variety of shapes and paper materials used adds distinction and a touch of class to all bakery products. Our outstanding customer service coupled with quick turnaround and delivery sets us apart from the competition.

Novacart, the American subsidiary of Novacart Italy, has been in operation since 1983. Our main office and warehouse facility is located in Richmond, Calif. Novacart also has an East Coast warehouse facility located in Moorestown, N.J., and in 2007, a state-of-the-art baking cup production facility was added to this location.

At Novacart, we pride ourselves on being able to service a diverse mix of customers; from the small corner bakery up through large commercial facilities. For stock items, we normally ship within one day from receipt of order.

Novacart Italy, founded in 1926 and headquartered in Garbagnate Monastero, Italy, is the world’s largest producer of paper products for the baking and confectionery trade. From raw materials, over one million items are produced daily. Product lines include paper baking moulds, baking cups, pastry trays, cake rounds, muffin trays, pastry cups and paper doilies. Novacart’s in-house, state-of-the-art technical department allows us to take a project from concept to completion in the shortest amount of time without being dependent on outside sources or contractors.

During the last 10 years, Novacart has registered 22 patents worldwide and all manufacturing is done in accordance with BG, HACCP and FDA regulations. Novacart products are IS09002 certified as well as kosher certified under the supervision of KOF-K.
