All-Natural Rye
Caravan offers two natural rye
products designed to put bakers in the all-natural market. Both
transfat free, Natural Rye and Double Natural Rye are used for many
types of rye bread. The company says these products will produce
the finest, most flavorful all-natural rye and pumpernickel breads
available. Natural Rye is packaged in a 50 lb. carton, while Double
Natural Rye is available in 50 lb. polylined, multiwalled bags.
