SHELF STABLE FLAVORS

Symrise Flavor & Nutrition is now producing large-scale supplies of Evoglass® encapsulated flavors, the Symrise brand of glass-type matrix extrusions. Evoglass is humidity stable, offers excellent flavor intensity, and is dust-free. The product also features a long shelf life; up to four years for most flavors, and two years for citrus flavors. The flavors produce minimal odor and are available colorless or in any color.
