  • Deerfields Bakery, Schaumburg, Ill., launched gluten-free products as a vehicle to provide more healthful choices for the celiac community. A mini baguette is included among the bakery's gluten-free assortment of brownies, cheesecakes, cakes, coffeecakes, cupcakes and cookies. The baguette has a crusty exterior and chewy interior. This item is available for two-day shipping only, although Illinois residents can receive the item in one day via ground service. • Chattanooga Bakery Inc., Chattanooga, Tenn., introduced MoonPie® Peanut Butter — a mini version of the original marshmallow-filled MoonPie made from crunchy chocolate-flavored cookie with peanut butter filling and coated with chocolate. As an iconic brand, MoonPie has been around for more than a century. MoonPie Peanut Butter is available in an 8-count multipack carton, a 48/8-count floor display and a twin pack for single-serve in a 12-count shelf/counter caddie and 96-count floor display.
