The featured speaker at the American Bakers Association (ABA) Annual Convention will be military and humanitarian leader Eric Greitens. Greitens will address convention attendees in a program entitled, "Leading Inspired Teams Through Challenging Times" at the ATBI breakfast on April 16 in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Greitens is a Navy SEAL, Rhodes Scholar and award-winning humanitarian leader. His military service included four deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa and Southeast Asia. He has served as the commander of a joint special operations task unit, commander of a Mark V Special Operations Craft Detachment, and as commander of an al Qaeda targeting cell. He also founded "The Mission Continues," a national nonprofit organization that challenges post-9/11 veterans to rebuild a sense of purpose through community service.

His remarks to ABA attendees will focus on enduring and embracing challenging times, and how leaders can inspire their teams to embrace challenge, create hope, and thrive.

"Eric has an incredible story to share and a record of accomplishment that belies his years. He has led teams through the hardest military training in the world, created hope in some of the world's most dire circumstances, and inspired wounded veterans to serve again in their local communities and as ambassadors around the world."
