Pinnacle Foods Group LLC joined with BakeMark USA to roll out a line of cake mixes for baking professionals. Duncan Hines Professional, which is being distributed exclusively by BakeMark starting Nov. 1, is offered in 50-pound bulk bags in white, devil’s food and yellow cake varieties.

“We receive many requests from professional bakers who love the moistness and flavor of our Duncan Hines cakes, but would like to purchase in bulk,” said Mike Lyons, vice president of foodservice for Pinnacle Foods, in a press release. “We’re pleased to announce through this partnership with BakeMark USA we are now able to deliver everything a professional baker needs- maximum yield, a consistently even rise, and the strength needed for handling - all with the signature moistness of Duncan Hines.”
