Bagel equipment available
As wholesale bakeries rationalize capacity and close bakeries throughout the United States, a large number of bakery facilities and equipment are being auctioned off. The latest auction is Katz Bagel Co., a division of IBC. The facility and all of its equipment is being auctioned off on Jan. 12. For more information, call Hilco Industrial at 248-254-9999, ext. 26.
