The "Bake for New Orleans" fundraiser runs from Jan. 23 to March 10, and up to $25,000 will be donated to the Retail Bakery Industry Foundation's "Rebuild New Orleans" campaign. The donation will be used replace the infrastructure needed to start baking again. 

More than 50 bakeries in New Orleans were destroyed, said Mark Atwood, president of the Retail Industry Foundation.
