For those products, such as cinnamon chip and cinnamon coffee, Bake'n Joy made some minor ingredient changes, and now its entire frozen batter product line is 100 percent trans-fat free. The line includes frozen batters for muffins and loaves, FreshBakes™ Predeposited Muffins, PanFree™ Muffins and Cakes, PanFree™ Predeposited Loaf Cakes.
Additionally, the growing line of ready-to-bake All Natural Whole Wheat muffins, loaves and cookies are not only free from trans fatty acids, but also free from preservatives and artificial flavors or colors. FreshBakes™ is a complete line of frozen predeposited batters for muffins and cakes. Premium batters are frozen in paper liners or bakeable pans (PanFree™) for ultimate convenience in preparation. Only baking is needed for fresh-from-the-oven bakery products.
