Countryside Baking Co. operates a frozen dough plant that uses the newest technologies in dough processing, portion control and cryogenic freezing, according to the company release.

"Our affiliation with Countryside's state-of-the-art cookie manufacturing facility will strengthen Dawn's core competency in the frozen bakery products market, enabling us to further enhance our ability to serve our valued customers," said Ron Jones, Dawn Chairman.  

Countryside manufactures and distributes gourmet cookies, rugalach, biscotti and macaroons sold through the club store, mass merchandise, foodservice and in-store channels nationwide.
