Caravan Ingredients formed
CSM announced that its two merged companies, Caravan Products Co.,
Totowa, N.J. and American Ingredients, Kansas City, Mo. will be named
Caravan Ingredients beginning Jan. 1, 2007.
With the merger into a single operating company, customers of both
companies will be able to order the complete product lines now offered
by the individual companies, according to CSM's published release. The
full lines of both companies will be retained, so familiar items will
remain available.
Packaging for all products will be phased in using the new company name and logo. Manufacturing facilities will continue to operate in their present facilities in Totowa and Kansas City.
