Dawn Food Products, Jackson, Mich., launched its new Web site, www.dawnfoods.com. The site provides a comprehensive collection of bakery resources including formulas, decorating ideas, a planning calendar, troubleshooting and FAQs, tools, foodservice and bakery trends and insights, and Dawn product listings.
“Our goal is to provide customers with a compelling reason to come back and visit the Dawn Web site regularly as a vital source of industry information,” said Jennifer Wurzer, leader of the Dawn Web site team. “We are committed to keeping the site dynamic and fresh, so that it will provide ideas and inspiration for our customers’ bakeries each time they visit.”

The theme of the site, “Creating Happiness,” expresses the joy and pleasure people find in the sharing of baked products in cultures around the world.

“Photographs throughout the Web site show bakery products are a central part of everyday life, whether Dawn is helping people celebrate special moments or just putting a big smile on a child’s face,” Wurzer added. “The images also show Dawn understands our goal is pleasing our customers’ customers, the final consumers of our products.”
The new Dawn U.S. site will be joined later in 2007 by interconnected sites for Dawn Canada, Dawn Mexico and Dawn UK/Western Europe reflecting the international scope of Dawn’s business.
