The Jacksonville, Fla.-based supermarket chain is the eighth largest in-store bakery operator in the country with 522 bakeries. Gaddy also served in corporate management for Ingles Markets, Black Mountain, N.C. and Bi-Lo, Mauldin, S.C.

"We’re very pleased that Ms. Gaddy has accepted our invitation to speak at the IBA winter meeting," said IBA Chairman John Popp. "She will be among many we are inviting from the retail trades to discuss wholesale baking."

The Independent Bakers Association is a Washington, D.C.-based national trade association of more than 400 mostly family-owned wholesale bakeries and allied industry trades. The meeting will be held Feb. 25 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club.
