Europain to demonstrate bakery tradition
Bakery professionals from around the world will look to Paris next spring for business ideas from some of the masters. Europain 2005, to take place April 16-20 next year at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, will feature more than 50 demonstrations.
“Europain is unique because France has always had, and still has today, a special relationship with bread, which has played a key role in its history and development as a nation,” Europain officials say. “For the French, bread is more than just a foodstuff–it’s a national symbol.”
About 80,000 visitors attend the trade show, which features 600 exhibitors. For more information about Europain 2005, call Promosalon USA at 703/522-5000 ext. 120 or visit www.europain.com.
