Henry & Henry, Baker & Baker and H.C. Brill companies will be consolidated as one operating company, according to a recent announcement by parent company CSM. The new company will operate under the H.C. Brill Company name and will retain the full product and brand assortments of all three companies: Henry & Henry, Baker & Baker and H.C. Brill.

“In the new organization, we will preserve the day-to-day relationships to which customers have become accustomed,” a company release stated. “We ask for our customers’ support and feedback to keep and improve service levels wherever possible.”

Dutch-based CSM manufactures and supplies bakery ingredients and products in the North American market through a network of 13 manufacturing plants and 28 distribution centers. CSM’s North American headquarters is in Schaumburg, Ill.
