Leading organic, natural bakeries merge to create Charter Baking
The new baking company is headed by John Foley, who serves as chief executive officer. His past experiences include serving as Bimbo Bakeries USA’s senior sales and marketing executive. Other executives include:
• Paul Mullan, Charter Baking’s chairman, formerly served as chief executive officer of Del Monte Foods and Fleer Inc, and is a Charterhouse Group strategic partner.
• Gary Sebek, president of Charter Baking, is Rudi’s Organic Bakery’s former president.
• Victoria Hartmann, Charter Baking’s vice president of sales, was a senior Rudi’s executive.
