King’s Hawaiian Bakery, Torrance, Calif., hired Los Angeles-based advertising agency Dailey to create a comprehensive branding campaign. The campaign will coincide with King’s Hawaiian’s 60th anniversary and will include strategic planning, brand development and major advertising.
Stewart Systems, Plano, Texas, was presented with the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce’s International Business Achievement Award for small- to medium-sized companies ($30 to $100 million in revenue). The award recognizes Stewart Systems’ global export expansion and civic involvement, which have benefited the north Texas economy.
Registration is now open for the 3rd annual Louis LeSaffre Cup. Entry is open to professional bakers between the ages of 18 and 55, and participants compete in three categories: bread, Viennese pastry and artistic piece.
