Trans-free formulating

In response to the growing health and wellness trend, Caravan Ingredients will display its high diglyceride line of products for trans-free formulating that doesn't sacrifice performance. High diglycerides, a 0 g trans fat emulsifier, keeps saturated fat levels low and uses no partial hydrogenation, while still producing a product with structure.
