Luis Gayo was named operations manager in David Michael & Co.’s Philadelphia office. Gayo previously worked for Cognis Corp. and Frutarom USA Inc.

Following the retirement of Archie Gwathmey, co-CEO of Bunge Global Agribusiness (B.G.A.) and Bunge Product Lines (B.P.L.)., Drew Burke, currently co-CEO of B.G.A. and B.P.L., will assume the newly created role of global operational excellence officer. Raul Padilla, currently CEO of Bunge Argentina, will become CEO of B.G.A. and B.P.L.

La Brea Bakery Inc., Los Angeles, promoted Rick Anderson to chief commercial and marketing officer. Anderson has served as executive vice president of sales at La Brea Bakery since 2005.
