Inline Plastics Corp.

To improve product visibility, Inline was one of the first to offer clamshells with less ribbing.

Inline Plastics is a leading manufacturer of high quality, crystal clear OPS and PETE clamshell and two-piece packaging designed to attractively merchandise baked goods, deli items, fresh-cut produce, salads and foodservice applications.

Supporting our stock of over 300 containers Inline Plastics is the only company in the industry designing and manufacturing its own automation systems that help reduce labor cost while increasing product throughput and operating efficiencies. Inline's automation engineers work together with our product design engineers to create packaging that is automation friendly from the start, not as an afterthought. Our engineering staff will evaluate the customers' entire packaging operation and tailor a solution that maximizes a plant's efficiencies in terms of labor allocations, equipment configurations and setup, and container merchandising. Our automation systems include product denesting, weighing and filling, lidding, closing, locking and applying tamper evident labeling.

Inline Plastics has always been a pioneer of innovative, cutting edge new packaging design as demonstrated by our most recent offering, the Safe-T-Fresh line featuring the Safe-T-Gard lock. Safe-T-Fresh is a PETE container that is tamper and leak resistant, comes in five popular sizes, seals in freshness, eliminates shrink banding and is automation friendly. Inline was one of the first to offer clamshells with less ribbing which answered the bakers' requests for more product visibility.

As part of our innovative process we are committed to continuous market research to help us better understand consumer's specific packaging needs and in turn, incorporate that feedback when designing new containers with the goal of increasing the packages appeal at the retail level.

Inline operates state-of-the-art thermoforming equipment and robotic packing machinery at our production facilities and the newest technology available for designing new products and building thermoforming tooling.

Inline's emphasis is on continuous improvement in production efficiency with a view toward providing our customers with the highest level of service and competitive pricing.
